Certain trees communicate with ants using chemical signalling when they are being grazed by herbivores, such as giraffes. The ants attack the grazer by biting the tongue of the grazer. This is a symbiotic relationship since in return for the defensive role the ants are provided with a habitat in which to live i.e. the tree.

B-sharp and E-sharp do not exist in a musical scale (OK, not useless, but hey!!)
I heard some where that a duck's quack doesn't echo. Don't know the truth in that, and if anybody should find otherwise, please let me know.

Fraid they do, mate. C# major has seven sharps.
Of course, B# may *sound* the same as C, but it does get written, and it means a different thing when you analyse the music (for example, G+B# is an augmented third, which would be part of a very wierd scale, while G+C is a fourth)

Nah, actually it's not. They did it on some show on tv- could have been Brainiacs or Mythbusters, and they actually brought a duck round (on a leash!
) to several echoey places, and the duck echoes load and clear.

sloths are so slow because..
they hang upside down so that the plant matter in their stomach continues to photosynthesize and this is where they get some of their energy from...
sloths also have organisms living in their fur that are found nowhere else on the earth... their own little ecosystem.
