no no raph, you're wrong. sleep is what keeps the human mind from perceiving reality.

you can't have a war against terrorism because war IS terrorism.it's not about worshipping fire. its about making the fire want to worship you.

try a cup of chamomile tea and like I said before to someone: read a book!!

If I have trouble sleeping, I have a variety of things to help me out from herbal tea, warm milk, breathing techniques, kava tablets, coedine tablets, antihistamines with drowsy factor, an orgasm, boring as bat shit books, a walk around the block, a video I have seen a million times, warm shower etc....

Did the chamomile, I don't drink milk, did the meditation, don't want to take kava (that whole liver toxicity thing), don't have coedine and I think that's a bit powerful, anyways, did try the reading but it wasn't working, orgasm was too much work, but in your antihistamine there are 25 mg of diphenhydramine HCl, in your average sleeping pill, there are 25 mg of diphenydramine HCl, same drug, same dose...sleeping pills usually cost more. I just go for the cheap antihistimine that says "Diphenhydramine HCl 25mg"...

Don't like to do that, tho. But better sleep on a sleeping pill than not sleep at all.

My current problem is a sore throat. It's not very bad, and I just had a look at my tonsils and the one on the left is a bit big, but there's no white gunk on it, and I feel fine otherwise, so it's almost certainly not strep. Probably a mild cold. It started in the middle of the night and it's already feeling better than it was then.

See, I just finished my infectious diseases sequence and took the final (I think I did fine), so I have all this useful information in my brain!

I don't know whether this is already a documented study, but I'm very interested to know whether the time of day a person was born corresponds with the time that they naturally wake up or feel most charged.

I was born at 10.20am, and with a regular nights sleep and no alarm, awake naturally and happily at around 10.30am.

Anyone else?

sure, but do you stir around that time every morning? (and then of course roll over and go back to sleep)
