Well this is my 200th post! About time I wrote an intro then I guess.

What can I say, Hi everyone!

I've been spinning for ages on and off, but I've only really taken it up in the last year. I do Poi, staff, toss and contact juggling, and I’ll try out anything I can!

At the moment I'm devoting all my time that I’m not at work (and most of the time I am at work) to helping Dunc with PLAY.

Anyway, that's enough for now,

spinning related? I think the only post I've ever made in the poi moves forum was "how do a to thread the needle?" That was about 2 years ago as well!
