OK. if your down the Hobbit thursday I will watch and steal all your shiney moves (with 1 stick coz I don't have a pair yet)
A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

How do you isolate your fishtails?
iw ould be intersting in learing that, and are you doing htem fowards or backwards?
i will get to neetating up and sustaining for a lil longer my duall fowards for play, dual reverse just hurts my head a lot.
new things i kinda got a contacty TTN but then i stried to work out how id done it, then ijust hurt my head a lot!
wooo play soon, so if any have the time, im around to learn things, or pass on anything i know that you lot dont (not going to be a lot)

Yay thanks to mags's lubberly workshop at play I can now do waist wraps on both sides (dude that is not a fat mans move...I have to work incredibly to get it round my chubby bits

left handed fishtails almost, a load of doubles all thanks to strugz and simian, fishtails with a dveilstick handstick and matrix with a devil stick, and i'm workin on the antispin weave (anyone know where i can get a video without downloadin the whole fal 3 vid)

thanks to getting home and having a mirror (that and not trying to add extra beets) oh and strugz' work shops lots of parallel stuff, throws and catches starting to work better and all in all a lil more enthusiam to spinning :d

What are you cooking? I dont much like beets.... the colour puts me off, but I find boiling them helps

Strugz...if your about...is there a name for a jesus that starts over the throat instead ofwith a halo? the rest is identical but found doing it like that is fun and makes me dizzy.
and is it still a jesus only using one stick? you know me..names mean very little

Yeah, been trying pressups while doing neck spins. Quite hard. Cos pressups are quite hard. and so on.
But in my writings have found two new things. Not very useful new things, but things that excite the part of my brain that likes catalogues of moves.
If you just do a throat wrap horizontally, with just the throat bit, the staff comes in, goes over your head and then onto the shoulder, around the throat other heand grabs it on other shoulder, up over head and away!
But this is like your arm putting it on the near side. With neck wraps you can start on the near shoulder or the other shoudler. So too, can you start throat wraps on the far shoulder! What bliss! It's kinda weirdly anti-spin too. Cool.
Other thing. Ninja Dave had a different neck lock to most of the other people I've ever seen do it. It's locked between the back of the neck and the shoulder, in line with your body. Hapyy days. So there are two forms or lock on the back of the neck, are there two forms of lock on the front of your body too? I'm inclined to think so, but it might take some throat and chin smashing fun to find out for sure.

mcp...thank you for that very informative site of yours. I saw it and abused my staff all day. It didn't want to do some of the moves, it said they wouldn't work. I said 'hush Staff....we will find a way.....'
And so I practised until I strained (In no specific order) my back, my ribs, my neck and the muscles at the top of my ass (Meaning I couldn't sit for too long). Keep up the good work.....
I'm sorry for the waffle, it was a long day at work and that was a big bag of....well you know....

Doubbly matrix, nate style.
some runs in to anti spin, from split parrelels.
more isolations,
throws and catches working better, both same way and butterfly,
backwards dual fishys getting the isolated parrell foward fish tails better
umm and some strange enteries in to things,
oh and BTB halo entries with doubles
