Hey i have just started poi and i was massing around from like swaping one poi 2 the other hand and then swinging it so it looks like ur swinging a staff
and then wraping it under ur leg and leting go of one making it spin up behind u can grabing it withthe other hand and swing them in to a chase i can do it on fire in the day but i just cant see the chain at night
hummmm i might put summin that glows in the dark on the end of the chain

Sounds great, if you keep practicing it the catch will become natural and you can do it in the dark.
