so i have this roommate right. hes probably the most annoying person i know and hes kind of an
. back at thanksgiving i was trying to get a ride to the airport somwhat last minute and i asked him for some cab money. i was trying to go home and he wouldnt give me any money because i had already owned him $5. this accompanied by the rediculously ingnorant arguments he makes really pisses me of sometimes. well i cant really say sometimes because he just came into the room, not saying a word, and i started getting pissed off. but what bothers me the most is that i can tell that he was really popular in high school. i guess i dont understand how someone who is so annoying and such a douche bag has friends like he does.If I could be granted one wish I would ask for all the questions of the universe.

I have a friend at Uni living with 4 other guys in halls, but one of them never comes out of his room; he only comes out to get food, otherwise his life life is in his room, they call him Batman (cos of the Batcave thing).

ucof, would you not be pissed if you needed a ride home and the guy you live with wont give you $10 for a cab ride. remember you live with this guy. other than that hes just sorta cant get out of his own world. if hes never heard of it then its not good. i was talking about a pretty good and influensal band, Rush, and he was saying that because his friends back home had never heard of it, they weren't good. He had never listend to them before. everyday its just frustrating crap like that.
and yeah im trying to move but it would mean living in the hotel where i would have to take school bus thing all day. its far away from campus.

dude im tellin you, let me and hoppah come over for like 2 weeks, we'll just stop by at random (pretty much any time after 2am) with the ay the 3 of us act together, hell either move, or get cused the
out and made to look stupid, but from the sound of it genetics already beat us to the stupid part................or you could just freeze a can of shaveing cream (8 hours) take it out, cut the bottom of it off carefully, and put it in his back pack..........it takes a few hours, but once the cream has thawed out, the co2 gets realsed as well and BAM, shaveing cream all over his [censored]...........if you want more evil trick, just pm me

Yep, people like that can be infuriating, but I think hate is a pretty strong word to be used just because you're a bit annoyed.
Really, not lending you a bit of cash just makes him very petty and it's better to just rise above it and take the moral high ground.
And so what if he's never heard of Rush? Rather than trying to stop yourself punching him, start playing their songs when he's near enough to hear them. When he's had a chance to listen to them, and maybe decided he likes the music, then you can spring it on him that he's been listening to someone he dismissed out of hand. That'd be much more satisfying I think.
If I went around hitting people who'd never heard of some of the music I like, I'd have very sore knuckles very quickly
But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

no dude you dont understand. its not that he doesnt like that band, i dont give a [censored] if he likes the same [censored] i like. its that he makes assumptions about crap that he has no idea about and bases it on what his friends say back home.
and yeah hate is a bit harsh. i wrote all that when i just woke up this morning. you know how it is.
and fish he hates it when i smoke in the room so bring over a pipe sometime.
i leave my semi-tray with bid on it all the time. hes always like 'hey dude you sure the doors locked.'any suggestions for what i could do to him would be awesome. i would do the shaving cream thing but i dont want to buy anything. you know how i like to build crap fish.

I have to be honest, you sound like a nightmare to live with yourself. You already owe him money and then ball him out for not lending you more. He doesn't like smoking and you smoke in the room he shares with you and you seem to be jealous of his popularity. Are you sure its not you that have the problem here? Sharing a room is about give and take.

that could get all of you in a lot of trouble...
he has to live in the same room as you do and visa versa...
so he totally has a right to tell you not to do something illegal in the room you guys have to share...
i will come over there and argue with him sometime if you want...because i am always right in every arguement that i have ever gotten into and every arguement in the future..
and if he is a total dickweed, i will pull his underware over his head and hang him from the top bunk of his bunk bed...

oh no dude i dont smoke in the room anymore now that he told me.
i only owed him $5 .and i never really yelled at him at all for not lending me money...i just found another way.
but come on it was thanksgiving and i needed to get home. doesnt that seem a bit extreme?
and jelous of his popularity...yeah duh...hes a douchebag.

however everyone gets annoyed by what some ppl do or how they act.....
you happen to be very unlucky to live with someone who pisses you off in these ways...he does sound quite ignorant..but if you could come to an agreement over some stuff that annoys you maybe you;d both enjoy each others company alot more
unless of course you dont want to be his friend in which case by all means rage war against him and enjoy........ENJOY

i would much rather wage war. if he can take a joke then we'll probably each others company alot more.
and i have no disagreement with the fact that he doesnt like me either. im sure i piss him off as much as he does me. we're pretty much opposites.

ok as much as I HATE SAYING THIS hoppah is right the not someing thing is a curtesy, there has to points in the day hes not there, that you can burn, that way hes not included if you get cought...............hoppah i think you and i need to go hang out at brains dorm room and see how anoying this guy is, if gets to you then when know he is a problem.........

ok for those of you who dont know our little code what fish really meant to say was...
ok as much as I HATE SAYING THIS, hoppah is right. the not smokeing thing is a curtesy. there has to be a point in the day when he is not there when you can burn. that way he isnt included if you get caught.......
