Ok this is an official update of my mouldy old intro. every time that i accidentally bring up the first page of this instead of the recent one, i get a case of "geez i'm a tool writing such a dodgy intro". so i thought i'd put a fresh intro up for me to feel embarrased about biggrin

Here's some information about me...

i live in melbourne, where things are often rainy. raininess makes me sad.

i go to the ever wonderful melbourne sunday spinning, where all the lovely melbourne kids go. If you live anywhere near melbourne and you're checking out this intro to suss out what type of people go on sundays, i highly recommend you come along.

i'm a student nurse, so i get terribly excited about health. it also means that i will intermittently whinge about going on clinicals. i secretly love being on clinicals though.

i'm also a disability support worker, which i've done for ages. i love it heaps, but like any job, it has it's moments.

i live with my boyfriend, who i tend to complain about a lot also, but i love him to bits, even when he gives me the sh!ts.

someone once asked me to sum myself up in 5 words, and i came up with independent, caring, firey, needy and...oh bugger i can't remember the last. i'm sure it was good though biggrin

well, i can't think of anything else to put there, so i'll leave it till i start cringing whenever i see this intro tongue

and just so that the initial comments here are in context, here's what my intro originaly said....

"hey, I registered with HoP a few days ago in a procrastination attempt (1exam to go), and this whole talking-to-people-on-the-other-side-of-the-world thing kinda freaks me out. Anyway, I been reading peoples messages, which seems a bit voyueristic, since I haven't really introduced myself. I live in victoria, and I'm studying nursing, play with poi, but haven't 4 ages. please reply with something encouraging, otherwise I'll get scared and feel unwelcome. frownThen I'll be stuck with playing solitaire."

We are the movers and shakers of the world for ever, it seems.

bonnie as in fair and lovely like a scottish maiden.
not bonnie as in a name.
are you saying bonnie IS your name?
hhmmmm.....

shen shui: is that an adult way of saying "i know you are, but what am i?" when someone calls you a name as a kid? there never was a good comeback to that.

ok, i'm back, i've stopped posting on HoP for a whole 4 days, for fear of becoming a post whore, but, meh, you gotta have a hobby.

hello cerambus! lovely to see that you've given up your lurker status. a birdie told me there's a nice little rave over your way. i'll have to find out more on this one, but it's looking pretty hopeful. biggrin thankyou for spending your 1st two posts on me hug please don't disappear into the ether though.

Whirly! *cuddles and cuddles and cuddles* good to hear from you sweetie, tell of your adventures, i was wondering when you'd be back in the picture.

Havokist: i can't keep track of your goings on, luckily they often revolve around pizza and nakedness, which are indeed very good things to focus on. hmm maybe shen shui just pumped my stomach for the pizza, in which case i'm sorry it's so mushy. he he, maybe you can offer people mushy pizza instead of 'shroom pizza!

i've just been teaching my mum poi, and i gotta say that she's pretty good at it for her first time.

in other news, i'm listening to Tool, which is most exciting. tool always deserve a mention.
