Hey there everyone,



Well, now that I'm close to post number 300 I thought I'd do an intro thread... it seems like I'll be hanging around for a while now biggrin

Yep, this is all changed cos I'm not feeling as sentimental as I was when I wrote the last intro.



I'm 28, live outside Belfast in Northern Ireland, run the fire performance group FirePoise (www.firepoise.com), like to travel and good music.

Hello. I tried to text you earlier but my phone wouldn't let me.

I was hoping you could lend me a biro as all of mine have taken to hiding and i really need one.

Plus do you have any bathroom scales I can borrow? The one we have swears that I'm about 1 and half stone more than i thought i was eek Which either means it's broked or I'm all tubby - which surely can't be.....

Lol, borrowing a biro of somebody in Belfast seems rather redundant (nice alliteration though).

Scales lie. It's just a sad fact of life. They lie more in the winter time, especially after Christmas.

Christmas is always tricky I find. Although last year I got a reindeer and a kinder egg and some shiny coasters. So that was quite good....


Plus I got a new friend who lives in Ireland and is all pretty and schtuff biggrin

Good morning peoples smile



I'm here to moan... so I'm going to post it here, get it out of the way, then go back to smiles and hugs...



If you couldn't be arsed with negativity today... skip to the next post biggrin





Anyways, I woke up this morning feeling uncomfortable.

There was some negativity at circus last night (read snotty-spinners thread in discussion, if you want to know more), then came home and fell asleep.



But it was one of those sleeps filled with vivid dreams (I've been having lots of those recently)... so I woke up this morning feeling like I'd been awake all night - I'm still tired now.



Then before I'd had a chance to say hello or good morning, both my parents had a go at me. Living at home is awful. I stepped out of my bedroom to be called a waster.



Sigh. Today should not be happening rolleyes



Ok. Moan over (and yes, I know much worse could be happening, and that I'm fortunate to have friends and family around me. Sorrys, I'm just being petulant).

hello everyone, hope you all had a great weekend.



I just had a splendid time on Rathlin island.



It was a bit random and unexpected... but woohoo bounce



We took Faberge up there for a kindof going away/first spinny festival anniversary type experience.



Some friends from Belfast also happened to be up there, so we danced with fire and drank a little bit (eek biggrin). It coincided with a folk concert being held on the island, so we were also treated to some incredible Irish trad... absolutely stunning musicians.
