Name: Molly (or Caro in a different world)
Age: 24, but it's my silver jubilee soon
Location: Lovely Edinburgh, oh it says that over there... But born and bred a Londoner.
Occupation: PhD student (entymology and bacteriology - ie. mash flies and see what's going on in their bellies. mmmm.) Oh, and part-time Queen.
Toys: BLUEBELL the most gorgeous blue blue tech
Tulip my beautiful contact stick, poi and a sadly neglected devilstick. I think it had angel sticks with it somewhere (firey handsticks as well as a firey devilstick) but haven't played with them for so long.... and of course, young molly mole, who aspires to great juggling prowess, but is hampered by the shortness of her paws and the complete absence of the ability to hold anything with just one paw. She is the little furry blur that is my avatar, in her christmas incarnation as the mole of war.
Hobbies: Beltane Fire Society, the slack hippy calendar of my life. Dancing, most especially swing. contact girl is the way forward, if only I could get round the friction burns. Gardening, herbs and vegetables mostly. There's only so much you can do with a daffodil. Sewing stuff, costumery especially. Camping, brewing, jam and CAKE
Favourite colour (before anyone asks... you know who you are):
blue but yes pink is fine and dandy, it even tried to take over my world for a week in August when my little niece was born
um, that'll do I think...
oh one more thing,
I had the immense pleasure of meeting quite a few HoP-folk round and about this summer and if they are anything to go by, you are all beautiful lovely people
what a fabby place
now, tea and cake all round and cushions aplenty

Kat - I'm back but in hiding. It's just me and my laptop for now
But writing is progressing apace and there is apparently light at the end of the tunnel (and there was me thinking I was just in a big hole 
)
Kael - you know NYC had to gently explain to me that just because I saw familiar things like Virgin Megastores in New York I shouldn't be lulled into a false sense of security. The rest of America is much more determinedly foreign

I'm going to the highlands tomorrow. For some reason we're staying in a bothy rather than somewhere warm with beds and things. I hope to return with all my toes

Doop, I'd have put you done as someone who spoke geek you know. The mole is jetlagged and has spent the last two days in bed. Lazy creature. If I could get her to type and have an in depth knowledge of useful stuff I would be a much happier and more leisurely lady.
and my sweet NYC, take your scarey moleworms and put them in the coffin - they look horrific. And they'd probably give a mole indigestion. Nevermid about her taps.

Yup, am being firey again, as of Monday when got Ben's message that somebody had decamped. Better start practising cos am very pants. Shall endeavour not to cause conflagration on head, especially now hair getting long. Thinking of doing silly things with it though. Just cos.
