Heya!
Im from New Zealand, and my friend from Australia is teaching me how to use the poi's! (funnily enough!). We want to knwo where to get practice poi's and to get a fire stick in London. I have found a place in Camden on the corner of the markets that sell the tennis ball variety, but they dont feel very good when you conk yourself on the head.
Where abouts in London can we find a great store to find different varieties of fire sticks, poi's and juggling stuff?

Oddballs in Camden, which i assume is the shop you're talking about, has loads of great fire sticks.
The fire poi selection is generally limited, but they always have some. i don't know of any other place that sells fire poi in London.
For practice poi, i reckon you should make some socks, or get some of the fabric cone poi they usually have a couple of in oddballs.
i reckon you should check out spittalfields workshop too

there's sometimes a girl selling really good practice poi there. and theres lots of people to learn things from too. and its fun
