yes folks, it's drawing closer, the best juggling convention in the world! (according to Derek.)

The 18th-26th September, Woodhouse Park, Bristol. It's going to be great and I hope to see a lot of spinners there advancing the opinion of poi amoungst jugglers (that's gonna happen!). weavesmiley juggle hug

Hmm...

I may have mentioned it to a few people but on the sat night there is Tribe of Frog Which really is one of the best club nights I've been to. Loverly decor, loverly people, and damn loverly music (Unless you're Bug wink )

If people would like to go to this I'd recomend grabbing tickets soon as they tend to sell out very quick and this one more so due to students just getting back and having there loans to blow on partying.

So get tickets from Access all Areas

or if you can't do this them PM me and I'll see if I can sort something out.

Prophet!! hug Dude you totally missed the wicked Falmouth II, it was great! biggrin The matrix is a lovely move that you will adore, but someone who can do it will need to be showing you. Try finding a vid of it in the vid forum, MCP has just put one out that has a prtial matrix in I think, you'd get the idea from that perhaps!

Hope we see you soon dude ubbrollsmile

Hi to all
Well the FireNix road show rumbles on....but not for much longer in Europe. I am currently near Limoges for the Recontre De Jonngleurs (or sumthink!!), but shall be leaviing on Sunday and proceeding with haste and speed to the Bristol Convention, well the 60 MPH that charlie the FireNix mobile does!!! (Yep he,s treated me well through 5000 odd miles - EJC, Paris, Bordeaux, Aurrillac, Toulouse, Boom, Transit, Benidorm!!!!!, Barcellona, Auvergne, here and over there!!!!)
So if anyone wants a lift from France, or on the route in the UK, give me a PM
Im looking forward to seeing all you crazy cats again, you know its only you and the BJC, thats calling me back, oh and the fact that I need to sell the van - any takers?
See yall Monday

Some of us will be driving up.. (Me anyway.....)

So If you coordinate your ariving with me finishing work and getting up there then I can give you and any other people lifts..

Else I'd go to parkway station and go from there.

When i'm less fuckered I'll write some transport instructions..

Or some other kind hearted Bristol Poisen...

A38 to Thornbury - signposted off the road.

If you're coming from parkway - head towards Stoke Gifford then towards Rolls Royce and the Royal Mail building and then you're on the A38. Follow this towards Aztec West and the M5. Go under the M5 continuing on the A38 towards Thornbury.

That's basically it.

How does one get from bristol temple meads to the convention? (preferably without the use of taxis...) Is it near thornbury? Where is woodhouse park and is there a website for the convention?

no chance. Buses will probably be a bit of a bugger as well. There probably is one from the bus station which goes to Thornbury but god knows if it stops anywhere near the place!

If you know someone who can offer you a lift - grab it with both hands and feet and probably your teeth as well for good measure!
