I just saw this on another site and thought it would be cool if we did it here on the HOP site. Okay so you know those old shirts that are just filling up your drawers...the ones you've been collecting since you were like 5? Those chillin' shirts from school, concerts and what not. Well with the diverse group of people we have here I thought it would fun if we did an exchange.

Here's how it works: Send me an email at: HOP_tshirt_exchange@hotmail.com with your address, the t-shirt size you're given and the size you want. I'll make up a list of all the matches and then e-mail you back with the info for where to send your T. It'll probably cost about 3-5 dollars to send.

Alrighty start lookin' for a t-shirt you're willing to relinquish to another continent

Okay I'll make the list so that you only know who you're sending it too...not who you're getting it from.

Keep the e-mails comin'

It sounds like fun, but I won´t be back in the states to go through my clothes until mid August. When are you planning on doing this whole thing by?

The picture thing sounds like a good idea NYC. I'll definetly do it...but we won't make it mandatory.

I'll give it a week more before we decide when the exchange will take place Kali..I want to try and make it in the next two weeks...but we'll see how many people get in on it.

all my tshirts are like kiddies size 6-7 as I wear lots of little tshirts that flash my tummy. But I'll swop one if someone wants one of my ickle tops?

Careful too guys, Cassandra and I have had a REALLY hard time shipping eachother stuff overseas. In fact, the last present I sent her she ended up having to pay a bunch of money for customs. A sucky way to get a gift...

NYC,

Josh and I have found that too,m shipping stuff overseas. We tryed to get a badge to Superman, but I don't think he ever ended up getting it. Pity, our first attempt was to send him beer, that we lugged from over here, all the way over there. Then when we got to a post office in San Fran, they said 'Whoa you can't send that in the post' - why not? 'It's alcohol' - and? 'Well it is classed under flamable substances, and you can't send flamable substances in the post' ...hmm ever tryed setting Beer on fire, it doesn't work.. oh well it was good we got to drink the beer at burning man. Not so good for sups, he missed out on beer and a cool patch

SunSpot, what a COOL idea!
I will definately join in on this!

The other thing i like to do w/ tshirts i no longer wear but am attached to is to make a quilt. I'm using a nice flannel sheet for one side and piecing up the fronts of a bunch of shirts from shows, etc for the top...

We got the MikeZ in the house, woot!Glue the ham, hat baby!

Well I thought that I would make everyones job a lot easier. I work as customer service for a very large multinational company and I work in conjunction with the mailroom. So if anyone needs any help in shipping stuff either over seas or domestic (USA) let me know.

Oh and just to be helpfull. Check this out... https://www.dhl-usa.com/shipdoc
It gives you most of the documentation that you will need to ship something overseas without haveing to worry about customs.

As for T-shirts I also work for a liqour store and every beer company in the USA gives me stuff for free. So tell me what your fave. beer is and I'll se if I can get you a shirt.

Love-n-duty free shipping
Peter

Blessings to all,
Peter
