Hey, I'm Tim

I'm Irish,male,21 and I discovered Poi three weeks ago. Well, I always knew what poi was and wanted to try it. It was three weeks ago that I met someone willing to teach me. (Thanks Donal)

I've always been a bit of a pyro so it didn't take me long to set fire to them.

I met three people on a beach last saturday night (Hi guys).
They had fire poi and gave me my first go. Standing knee deep in the sea at night, with Paula using a fire staff on the rocks beside me was quite an amazing experience.

I also learn Taekwondo, I love it. I kayak too. I love engines, so I built my own gokart. It's my pride and joy.

I've been trying to do poi in the strangest places. So far, the beach (not strange, just cool), the roof of my house, and my favourite: while driving my gokart I did the 3beat weave.

I'm in my own little world. It's alright though, they know me here.

i tried doing the 3bt weave on a snowboard last xmas, it was very funny...... and painful....... when i fell ubbloco
