Don't get me wrong, sometimes a triple X throwdown hits the spot. And I've been fortunate enough to have met some hotties in my time who have more than hit that spot... but when it all comes down to it...

I dunno. I think that as a relationship gets going, there comes a point when it's all good. Whether it's snuggling, kissing, or headboard-banging-against-the-wall-wake-up-the-neighborhood-so-good-the-neighbors-need-a-cigarette sex. ORRRR...non-intimate things that still feel good. Like today, we were coming back from my friend's house (where we were dogsitting) and he said "I need to find a yard sale so that I can get a bedside table."
Not five seconds later, I saw a "Yard Sale" sign (it's Saturday). And so we went. I pointed at a table and he said "perfect!" I picked it up, he took out $2 (which is what it cost) and we were done. The whole thing took 3 minutes. We work well together. And that very fact, that idea of two minds working as one, is better than any physical act.
