I've been rooting around this place for a few weeks now and it never fails to impress me. Quite simply I love it. I bought my first staff a few months ago and last night I finally set it on fire. Now I am truly hooked for life. What a blast, and I only burned myself very slightly.

yep, im such a grinny fool today. (even people passing in the corridor are smiling back) and i was sober all weekend so suicide tuedday shouldnt an issue either.
i cant promise you anything too fancy mind, its been a while since ive sewn anything.

I don't think I can even remember what rose stich is Is it the knobbly one?
I'm all stiff from my first ever aerobics class
very silly
had to make an effort not to get the giggles
so now I'm running a hot bath and passing out (hopefully not concurrently)

I'm not sure how Molly got in... Molly take care not to straighten your leg out or he'll be on it like a poodle at the vicars tea party!

I always get depressed Sunday night. Even though I like my job I hate the end of the weekend.

they're still annoying me... the physio-woman said she thinks I've just got overstrained nerves and they'll calm down eventually, but apparently they don't seem to do so yet... she showed me a stretch that doesn't seem to do much (but at least it doesn't make things work so I keep at it), and some drummers showed me more stretches on Monday night. It just keeps changing and getting better and worse all the time, but (I think) with an overall tendency to better. I've had the 2nd night of sleeping properly since the end of March last night, too!

i've nearly made a full recovery now birgit so im a happy spinning bunny again.
try some meditation, i found it helped more than anything else. deep breaths focused on relaxing your muscles and sore bits. tension is your enemy with nerve pain (i think i've pulled every muscle in my body in the last two months just from the tension). try to find a neutral position for your hands. comfortable resting on your thighs with your back straight might help a bit.
the only other thing i can suggest is that you wait till i arrive so i can give you a nice shoulder rub
