you poor thing.And what a joke about the 90mins thing! Sure, if your parents live around the corner, but 90mins is a joke anyway!! Whenever dad talks about the salary he was on, he compares it to how much a pot of beer cost him at the pub. Ask them that. Surely they can relate to that!

yeah, it's all a bit silly, and now we have two unregistered cars sitting in our front yard and two poor kids that need to get to work somehow. luckily however, i still have one registered car so i dropped rhys off at work this morning, but i don't know how i feel about having the filthy thing on my nice clean seats when he want's to come home tonight...

I can tell you EXACTLY when i cry! At the end, when she is standing at the door of the house and talking to her bird on the umbrella. I cry. Every time. Without fail. That's why I don't watch the movie because it's so embarrassing!
As a little kid, i used to watch the movie all the time (daily?) and i used to cry when she left. and cos i did it so much as a little kid, i'm not conditioned to cry at that exact point! It's incredibly embarrassing!
(altho i also get a bit choked up when mr banks sings "a man has dreams")

DEFTE (department of eductation, further training and employment, i think), have approved my living away from home allowance!
