Well the Pirate festival was FANTASTIC! My mad money is all gone because I bought a corset! And what a reaction I got from the pirates. I was winked at and "arrrr"ed all weekend. Men are so easy.

oooh i love corsets. i own a few
sadly though i don't have many opportunities to wear them. something about wearing a silver metal mesh corset to the local pub just doesn't seem to fit in well 
I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

I have two corsets. 3 if you count the leather one that is more like armour. All period stuff.

you're not very big, are you gnor? my friend tried to put me in her corset once, but she's a few sizes bigger than me so even with it as tight as it could go i still had complete movement!

Boggels the mind, doesn't it. Let's just say the well endowment was there for everyone to see. Moondoggie didn't have a problem with it either.
Moondoggie took his camera, like any good photographer, and took over 300 pictures. Some of them are actually of me
He downloaded them last night so I might have pictures by the end of the week. Depending on how school goes.My next one is going to have to be custom made though, there's no way that I can get an over the bust style off the rack and have it fit. I have a friend that has a friend type thing, she's going to connect me up to see if we can get a custome made one going.

pfftttt.....its all relative largeness. I used to be tall and slender and fit. Now I am still one of those things.
There are some great places at th ren faires to get corsets in alllllll sizes.
A well fitted corset isnt too uncomfortable and changes the body line in interesting ways. Good for period stuff to get the clothes to fir properly.
