Firstly Another message from chris to say he is alive. Hooray.
Jon and I were thinkin of doing a Poi meet in Harrow on the Hill Its a really nice spot to spin from. This will be a week on saturday all are welcome is anybody interested.

If we are meeting at 4 or 5 then that gives us a good 7-8 hours before the last trains depart.

yes the group WILL be leaving harrow on the slight mound at 5 pm by my watch...which is correct..
yes chris can be a bit moody sometimes...
yes we have no more bananas, we have no bananas today
bring blankets, parafin, music, thermos flasks with hot WATER!!! then we can breing some teas, coffees, hot chocolates, soups etc.., fire and light toys, lots of warm clothing, and if your name is bovril monkey can you get hold of some bubblewrap please (cheers rory!)

I'll bring my stove and as much water as I can, but that probably wont be much, so if anyone else can bring some water for drinks, it'd be greatly appreciated.
With a bit of luck, the bubblewrap I've just ordered should arrive on time
Edit.. it's not a huge stove by the way, but it should be good enough for heating water.

sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry and sorry again for not making it up to harrow yesterday.
i have some excuses if you're interested (all of which are actually true too)...
my bad excuse is that i didn't have any fire equipment with me.
my not so bad excuse is that i had no way to contact anyone to see 1. if everything was goin to plan and 2. where i had to go once i'd found harrow and somewhere to park.
my totally lame excuse is that i hadn't slept and was (of my own accord) anaesthetised for most of sunday.
i hope lots of others made it along and it wasn't raining, too cold or very windy.
have a fantastic holiday everyone, i will be reading you all in the new year.
