Dunno if this move's new to anyone but I've discovered that from one handed butterfly you can take it over your head just like two handed overhead butterfly.
Just get in to one handed butterfly then at the top of their path take your hand over your head as normal, et voila, overhead one handed butterfly! Watch out though, this moves abit of a brainbasher if you get wrong, haven't has the courage to try it out with fire poi yet.
