"This is my second purchase of this wick and i think there amazing! Much better quality than the basic clasp, this is smooth so you dont scratch yourself and flexible so if you catch one in action you wont hurt yourself which is why im giving these wicks five star. Im very impressed with the quality and i highly recommend. Very funtional and safe"

"We requested refund of our flags since the product does not match our expectations for this price. We wanted to send it back and buy 3x Sirius PX3 Smooth Handle Juggling Club. Then we got your answer via mail, informing us having to send back the flags to Hong Kong. This cost and refund policies make it unfeasable so we have to keep the flags and stop buying anymore on Home of Poi. We feel so sorry about this. Over the years have recommended your shop but we never had to face a refund. Not that we have this situation, we sadly can't continue recommending HoP."
