the only forwards butterfly i can do behind the back is thread the needle on my side. just butterfly infront of you hold your left arm a little to the left side and bring your right arms down and over to your left side and move your body to move your right hand and use your left hand to do the TTN motions. Quite simple and adds a little flavor to BTB stuff
