Posted: Was just wondering if the ninja v3s have a warranty. i only had them for a week before the cole cord started to tear(about 2 weeks ago). i have been really gentle with them but i believe it was from me being so amazed on the awesome orbitals. i now know not to do them over and over like i was but i was really hoping i could get a replacement. im absolutley inlove with them and the flowlights i got awhile back. i almost cried when they broke. any help on this subject would be great thanks!

There is a message from Malcolm on every product page that looks like this:
"If you are not 100% satisfied with our goods for any reason then return to us within 30 days of opening for a complete refund for the goods."
