Oswego harborfest is here. Lets get a bunch of poi , staff, and just spinners in my town of 1 spinner ( me as far as I know). Date: July 25th through the 29th. Doesn't pick up till the 27th though. C,Mon give me someone to spin with and possibly learn from. Oswego, NY 13126
