The Festa del Fuoco di Stromboli is a two week long celebration of the element of fire and the many ways we creatively interact with it as human beings, fittingly held annually on Europe's most frequently active volcano, the tiny island of Stromboli in the Aeolian archipelago, just north of Sicily, Italy.
A grass roots, non profit initiative to create a platform for the exhibition, exploration and exchange of the fire arts and forms of creative expression focusing on movement, circus skills, music and the manipulation of fire.
We strive to create an intimate atmosphere for audiences, participants and artists alike, for exhibition, as well as, exchange and transmission of skills, to showcase the varied forms of performing arts involving fire, present innovative artists in the sector and we aim to foster cultural exchange between the invited artists, locals and audiences
