Posted: This is a lesson which has been very prevalent in my life within the last few weeks. For me its about increasing my awareness of the moment and not living in the past or the future. What does this saying mean to everyone else and if its relevant to you how do you achieve this way of living?

Posted: Wooohoooo, Byron! Me too. I find it's impossible sometimes, but it's also the easiest thing in the world. Impossible and easy together, sounds daft but that's how I see it. If you try, you can't do it, you just have to be, but without being too aware of it...become self aware and it's gone again. It's empowering, liberating and, for me, rare, although getting more and more frequent these days...
When I do get into the moment, I feel free and alive, uncluttered by thoughts and plans etc...
...then I drop back out of the moment, and although I'll still be content, something's changed and I'm not operating at max anymore. Or something. It's like electric light versus natural daylight, or a new pair of spectacles compared to the old prescription. Same same but different. Actually I'm not even sure I know what I mean. Your thoughts?
