ok, well after a while of contemplating ive decided to do my very own intro thread 
whoo!kk so info bout me...... well im jenna or jen (one of many ive found), 20 and living in halls at bolton uni which i love!
doing psychology BSc which is cool and hopefully i want to go into maybe, the police, criminology. find all that type of stuff interesting and the dirty gritty side of life doesnt bother me.
when i finish uni i want to do some traveling whoo! thinking of going maybe whistler for a season as a snowboard instructor as well as france (les arcs looks cool). been boarding for nearly 5 years and love it! but never been on a boarding hol
wanna go south africa to visit family as well as scotland. also want to spend time in spain, canada and aus.i love my music, got loadsa stuff cause i used to do a bit of DJin at one point. fav band is korn but i love a lot of the none mainstream stuff, as well as a lot of older stuff.
films too are great! i love 80s fantasy like willow etc, and books too are great
(god i sound like i love everything).currently reading Raymond E. Feist's magician series.
in ten years time i hope to have my own house with a room filled with films, books and music
better chill b4 this gets too long hehehe, got into poi trough teejay_blue and loki and been goin to the manc meets ever since, cant wait for falmouth

There was Seye, Meenik, Steaks, Iggyy, Caz (Seye's GF) and then Munky and Posse came over, one of whom was rather good with Diablo and Devilsticks (as well as being a rather cute Kiwi)
Yeah I wasn't gonna make it till 4 and since they were meeting at 2 I didn't want you to miss out on time there with Nick because of waiting for me as I didn't know how long they were staying.
And honestly girl! 'Not wanting to go on your own!' get some independence woman! :P

They are all great and everyone looks really happy in them. Lois found some cables for my video camera so I will do the video when I get in tonight 
Colourful but not very bright.

thats wicked marie i love it! do you reckon you could send me a copy?nate always has the same pose in every picture, hes so predictable
maybe we should do a sneak-up suprise on him to get some more varied shots of him so today i started the horse riding course, it was wicked! and it only cost a tenner for 6 weeks! even though i did smell a bit when i got home
tomorrow i start the watersports course
also im a happy because a coupla friends of mine want me to move into a place with them which means i wont be homeless! whoooop! we've got a viewing tomorrow so i hope its all good, and last but not least, molly has sent me some stuff regarding a trampoline instructors course! hows wicked that! so im going to do that hopefully in september and the uni will pay most, if not all the costs

im in a crappy mood today, even though its lovely and sunny and i wanna go out doors
one thing thats been niggling at me is that i went to a local bar on thursday with some friends, first night out in ages and having a laugh.
then some guy goes onto the dance floor and is doing fire poi!
i couldnt believe it! it really peed me off, so when he burnt out, i went up to him, and trying to be nice, i told him i liked his spinning (because he was good) but that it upset me very much his lack of safety and common sense. he was just being ignorant and carryed on for about 30mins! the staff at the bar just let him do it!
so i went to chat to a friend, and turns out shes been learning poi, so im chating to her about it, then one of the guys friends came over asking if we did poi, so i said yes and she started telling me about a website and how i should join, and that theres a poi club in bolton
. the club bit was good for the fact there might be something local, but the fact that when i said i was very unhappy with the lack of safety and consideration, i just kept getting the impression they werent bothered or didnt care. she just kept saying that he had insureance, but i was like 'but not for doing fire indoors! thats just stupid'*sigh*
but when sam called me yesterday, he'd just heard about the club too, so were gonna pop down and see what its like, but apparently the same guy is a bit uphimself.
it just really frustrates me that some people would give a bad image to poi by not being safe and using it as a 'show off' in clubs.
like i said to sam, which he agreed with, i dont like sounding like im on a high horse because of hop, but it bothers me a lot and i refuse to stand by and not say anything if someone is using poi in a dangerouse and ignorant way. this comunity and poi is something i love, and i refuse to let some idiots ruin it

went to the poi meet in bolton last night, the people were nice and it was a good venue, but the guy who runs it was so nasty to sam
he told him to f off shame really becuase there were some peeps i wanted to meet again and chat with, same with sam, but the guy basicaly told us its shutting down because its being ruined by newcomers! the cheek! and it cost £3.50 for an hour nevermind, i hope the others get a chance to meet more spinners etc but i doubt ill go again.
vamp, are you meeting us in brighton or london? i cant wait
going camping with some friends from uni on friday
