What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow? 42

Godzilla vs. a Star Wars Star Destroyer. Who wins? Why? I think Godzilla would win because of the "luck factor" good guys and bad guys seem to have or lack in movies. Assuming Godzilla is the good guy in this unlikely scenario and there are no critical characters ( Han, Luke ect) on the ship; the empire doesn't stand a chance. Storm troopers aren't much higher up than a lackie. Godzilla is ..well Godzilla.

Welcome to HoP! Nutella is the best way to answer the last question, but peanut butter and Vegemite are acceptable. Help yourself to Ascilith's popcorn, I put my meds in the seasoning, so you may see things that aren't there.
