Hello,
I'm looking for some guidance on making the transition from spinning tennis balls to fire.
I've been practicing for about two years on and off, and need some help to build the right habits and break some bad ones. I hit myself in the head from time to time when slowing down or transitioning.
If someone is in the South Florida area and willing to give a few pointers before my first burn, it would be appreciated.

BTW, great to see that you're a geek who chooses to use your geekiness for good. I did my Masters work in a microbiology lab, but we were studying lambdoid phages in E. coli. Kinda esoteric stuff.

Oh, one more thing, you might want to pull your E-mail addy from your post. You can set the site so that we can E-mail you to your gmail account without you having to post your E-mail to a website. There are sniffers out there and you'll just get spam up the wazoo.
And no amount of bacteria can clean up spam. And besides, Nutella and spam don't go well together.

I have a large variety of alternative dance classes. Currently every Wednesday at 7 is Hula Hoop, and at 8 I have a Rotating Prop Class, this class switches every week, then at 9 a indoor spin jam. Tomorrow October 21st I will be teaching Poi
