i agree and you know the more i have been thinking about it the more i agree. my thought process ..
one big named band would make the festie more well known but leaving not enough money to cater for the rest of the festie.
smaller bands for the festie would make them more well known and as has been said before would leave more money for everything else.
and yeay for the meat option. how reasonably priced? i couldn't afford any of the onsite food at Play and is one of my main worries with festies next year.
also, and it probably may be a bit too early to answer yet, but are there going to be family tickets available? yes i ask this every year to every festie i go to.

The caterers are incredable,portions are large and tasty and cost around £5 but many things they do are less than that. Nizlopi are still a grey area atm but we'll keep you posted, obviously there are reasons for and against but we'll see...

Our field won't have poo in it and come on, we have put a LOT on just for you cos it's your birthday... It really is a freakin awesome line up this year. The tickets are due to go on sale (via the website) sometime over the weekend. We just finalising a few terms and conditions, then we're ready to go.

details for volunteers will follow shortly I will be looking for a number of people, preference will be for known reliable help after we have exhausted our friends and family

any ideas are still welcome but we are so far ahead on planning they may have to be for 2009.
