i mean i have been spinning for a lot longer than that
but i just wanted to know who here has been here for 3 years or more and is still posting..

Because you look at old people and start noticing that one day you will look like them and the youngsters will look at you and project that cowspoo "look at this xxx (*fill in appropriate slack expression for "senior citizen"*), he's spinning poi/ staff/ and looks at young chicks - but he should behave more "age-appropriate", nag about children playing soccer in the street, dress in grey and use that stick for walking"...

I'm 30 this year too! I feel old at work but when I'm out with my friends I feel like I'm 16 again. although the weekend long sessions are getting harder to recover from...

I'm only 4 years behind you...
Funny thing is that I still love clubbing but I find houseparties a bit overwhelming now... With gatherings of people at a house I prefer smaller more intimate groups.

... back to the original topic, I've been on HoP for about nearly 3 years and I do feel old, even though I'm not that old... I am old for my age!
The wierdest thing is if I go back and read some of my posts from years ago, it's so strange looking at how my opinions have changed (or at least, I've got better at articulating my opinions so they make sense and don't sound aggressive). Some things that I wrote about seemed like such a big deal at the time, but now they seem really trivial, it's so wierd.
Have a go if you haven't ever done this, look up your oldest posts... some of mine made me cringe and left me thinking 'oh I couldn't possibly have written that!' but it's nice to have some evidence that I have matured and certainly grown as a person over the years.

I blame strugz for me coming on here old as the woman you feel... woot I just got 7 years younger

You're not old until you can't take care of yourself anymore, that's what I think anyway...I'm not that old tho only 22 but I've been on here since 2003 I believe, though I'm not on that often...
