I've been looking for them for a while here, but I think the heat may have them in hiding. Any help on sightings?

Anyway, hi, I'm brand new to this whole thing, and struggling to find my way around. Can you tell? This could possibly be the BEST website in the whole of cyberspace though.....

Peace and chocolate,

Chelle

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

OK guys, here's a little update!!

Name: Chelle (AKA chelly, chellybean, smelly, oi! or anything else that comes to mind....)

Location: highlands, scotland

Hometown: Nairn

DOB: 12 Dec 1981

Age: 24

Sex: Huh, huh, huh, you said sex.......

Occupation(s): daydreaming fairy

Favorite Food(s): ooo, does peanut butter count?

Favorite Color(s): purple, red and blue - oh yes, and I like green and yellow and orange and pink........

Toys: poi (duh), guitar, bucket and spades....

Hobbies other than the obvious: Music. Any form, any time. Festivals, paddling, climbing trees (if I don't fall - and even sometimes when I do..), dancing, making jewellery, travelling. My guitar and cameras are fun too.

Education: Was OK thanks. Did quite well.

Favorite Book(s): Catch 22. Also all Oor Wullie annuals!!!

Favorite Movie(s): Leaning towards A Night At The Roxbury at the moment. And of course, Amelie.

Favorite TV show(s): South Park, Family Guy, Simpsons, Prison Break, Big Love, CSI, anything on National Geographic..

Plans for life in general: (i.e. what you want to do when you grow up) I'm not going to grow up. But maybe complimentary therapies.

Favorite Music Artists/Composers: Oh lord, this wouldn't fit into a novel. I love music. Period.

Favorite ice cream flavor(s): Why do I have to make such tough decisions? Um, either cherry or pistachio.

Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella? (please choose one...this is important as it is essentially this site's equivalent of stating your religion...we have religious wars, crusades, cathedrals to Nutella, all that.) What does vegemite taste like? I've never tried it. Likewise with marmite. I like nutella though, it's well tasty.......

woo hoo!!!!! Now you know all about me - it's your turn!!

How did British doggies discover that they like to eat bits of ostriches though? Were they breaking into zoos and stalking the various animals, trying to chew their way through a baby hippo's leg and thinking "there must be an easier way than this... I'm going to try that giant black and white chicken over there..."?

Can't imagine it's the easiest of birds to take down. And then you've got to dry it...

But then I expect dogs have honed their meat drying skills with all the years they spent in the haddock industry rolleyes

Ok so anyway, now you've signed out of myspace, you've got mail honey tongue

And I'm about ready to go out. I'm taking my bamboo staffs to play. They's not broken - despite Pete's best efforts - so they'll have to do. And i's loaded new tunes onto my mp3 player. I have my straw hat cocked at a jaunty angle. Now i just need to find my door keys and leave a note for Beardface and we'll be away smile

I expect you'll get regular reports anyway honey hug ubblove hug

Not much, spent most of my time being distracted (and spoiled) by a certain fraggle ubblove, and killing all the things I's supposed to be keeping alive in the lab. ubblol Not seen Darryl in months, and haven't been for a spin in just about as long (with the exception of a very short, very cold session in Clavey's back garden which resulted in extremely sore knuckles....ubblol) And as yet no word on when I'm going to Edinburgh. Knowing my luck they'll wait until after you guys have moved, so I may have to come down visit sooner. hug

Ah but that specific slice is chocolate dream pie made by Kraft.... Who i'm pretty sure are just as evil as Nestlé... But i expect I should keep quiet about stuff like that so Chelly can eat guilt free for once this week wink

Was nothing to do with judging on appearances. It was due to a, seemingly unending, series of fairly offensive posts left across various forums. But she seems to have grown up now. Or at least isn't doing it any place i can see (but then I really only go in this thread, mine and Pige's these days rolleyes ). So I unblocked her...

I always make mine with Jell-o pudding...and Dream Whip...but I guess maybe the cookie crust could be Kraft...I don't rightly remember!

I don't really pay that much attention to labels on that sort of thing, cause I figure one of them is just as bad for you as the other....but they are just sooooooo good!!!

At the risk of getting screamed at...what's the deal with Nestle and Kraft? Other than most of their stuff being packaged death, that is? *covers head against possible fallout*

**In thinking about those ingredients, it is a distinct possibility that ALL of those are also owned by Kraft...don't you just hate monopolies??**

You'd love my Mom's chocolate pie...it's made all from scratch...!!! ubbidea

Erm Nestlé strangle donkeys and say unkind things about piglets i think. Chelly will tell you when she comes back. I'm not sure about Kraft. Possibly they go about saying that they don't believe in fairies and locking pixies in closets for days at a time...

ubblol No honey, nothing to do with donkeys and piglets, or fairies and pixies for that matter...

Erm, the reason I stopped eating Nestle is the fact that they are capitalist pigs. They did this whole propaganda thing in Africa, as part of the scheme to try and reduce the spread of AIDS from mother to child via breastmilk. So they got all these people to educate the mothers about how they were endangering their children, and persuaded them to buy Nestle formula (NOTE: the only option made available to them) for the children instead. But the greedy censored's made the formula so expensive that these poor women could only afford to buy about 1/3 of the amount that the babies actually needed to stay alive, and also in the process were starving themselves to pay for this. So they were left having to breastfeed the babies some anyway, with the quality and quantity of their milk being depleted, still passing on the virus, and many (mothers and children) starving to death. All in the name of profit.

I found that out about 5 years ago, and stopped eating their stuff. Erm, I don't normally eat mammals or birds cause of stories of farmers feeding the animals hormones to "beef them up" (so to speak) and because of the appalling conditions a lot of these animals are kept in, in order to reduce costs and put money in some fat-cats pocket. The same goes for most of the monopoly-type companies (which is why I've chosen academia rather than working in the biomedical science industry - less money, but at least I don't have to wake up every morning knowing that people will die because they can't afford to buy the medicines my company is researching/producing, and so I can have a nice house/car etc). I also learned (in uni) that a lot of the infections which kill children in 3rd world countries are easily cured, and we (the western world) have fridges and freezers full of these cures (which we have no need for, because we've either eradicated it with sanitation systems or they are indigenous to these areas) - but the pharmaceutical companies won't help cure these children because there's no money to be made in it. So they're just sitting slowly wasting away, going out of date and becoming useless....But they'd rather that the medicine was wasted than help people for free. ubbcrying

However, no-one's perfect.....I do slip-up occassionally! hug

ubblol I used to have that exact same argument with peoples all the time when I did eat meat (not that I ever do these days...rolleyes ubbangel) Another good one to argue with vegetarians is the fact that not only do we have canine teeth (for ripping meat), but we actually can't digest plants on our own - as part of our evolution, there are now bacteria which live in our gut that we need to digest cellulose.....

But yeah, I have no problem with small farms and such (my town is surrounded by them, they treat their animals very well and the meat from them is superb), it's the stuff you get in supermarkets/most restaurants etc......we analysed it in uni for bacterial growth as well as hormone content, and well, it wasn't pleasant. In fact, if it wasn't for the fact that the hours I work meant I couldn't get access to good meat, then I'd probably still be eating it......... Cantus - ssssshhh!!!!! wink

And yes honey - I's all yours. Clavey only stole me for a little while.....hug kiss ubblove bounce2

I lived on a farm in New Zealand and there were doggies and horsies and a Kyle and quad bikes and sheeps and goats and deer and cows and a donkey.

I didn't eat any of them. Some times I talked to the cows and they ignored me. But I talked to the donkey lots though. She was reaklly nice. She didn't say that she wanted to be eated. So I didn't try to bite her.

And one time I roded a wild horsey. And a different horsey tried to clop on me when I was playing in some mud.

Today I was doing some writing but now I have lost my writing paper. Do you think Harry might know where it is?
