Here it is folks, you've been incredibly patient, and let's be honest, you knew we wouldn't let you down.

Fal5 will not be taking place in Falmouth, instead the ever resourceful Ms Maus has secured us a sweeet spot to stay. It's a little further west, but be sure it's worth the tiny bit of extra effort.

The dates are Friday 14th April - Monday (Tuesday) 17th (18th) April.

We will be staying here and that means we will be spending a lot of time on this beach.

Campsite checks in at the bargain price of £4 per person per night, and they have the usual shower/toilet blocks.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO TELEPHONE THE CAMPSITE TO BOOK

The Wiki list (so's we know who's coming) is here

Nearest town and train station is Hayle so make sure not to go to my house by mistake, as I won't be there. biggrin

Any questions?

corse if u want there are winter wetsuits which are allot warmer. and you can move allot better in them than u can in dry suits.

Yeah loads use dry suits, if you can surf while doing a michelin man impression they're perfect wink Then again, winter (6/4) suits aren't much better from my memory!!

I've only got a erm....3/2 I think, which doesn't keep the cold out for long, I'm all for the peeing self warming.....oooooh it feels soooo gooooood ubblove ubblol

We used to go away every easter even though it's the coldest water of the year, oh how I miss my bits shrivelling up in fear of freezing off ubblol

Don't know if I'm bringing my board now, I'll be coming down in a wee Fiat Punto instead of my überwagon and an 11' board on top is one hell of a lot of wind resistance for such an ickle car, although flying there might become an option wink

I have a 5/3 and wen surfing for new year at croyde and a 2hr/3hr session is fine, if you have booties/gloves/hood etc... its the going back to the tent after that is going to be the horrible thing. . . . I don't think I'll bring my board, may just bring the body board...

One of my daughters is a part time pirate. Although of course she would be no substitute for Froggy, I am sure she would LOVE you to paint a patch on her...

Froggy if you can make it can you persuade the queen of cheese to come too??

I'm not going to be bringing sake this time. Might make some in time for Play though.

Ahhmay, you most certainly may come to this event, as long as you bring us gifts of love and friendship. And kittens. But not live kittens, as they're a bugger to catch, and they need to be hung for a week or so after you kill them otherwise they taste funny.

The link to the list of attendees is on the first post on page one which is that way. peace
