Petrol stations shouldn't be too hard to find surely?

The existance of flamethrowers says that someone, somewhere, at sometime said "I need to set that thing on fire, but it's too far away."

come to The Guild, University of Birmingham, downstairs in the Underground (ask at reception for details) on a MONDAY evening from 5-7pm.........

biggrin

Possibility of fire-play other times too.

I shall kee you posted.

As far as paraffin goes - any petrol station will sort you out or a local hardware store (to get all American......lol). You must have had really bad luck. I get mine from a Supermarket's petrol station.

Hopefully see you on Monday?

People suggested petrol stations to me but for some reason I have never actually seen a petrol station selling paraffin, which means i fork out loads for a can from DIY stores and garden centre-y places frown

Bleh, that WOULD help if i actually asked tongue

Maybe they could actually answer instead of most DIY stores:
me: sorry to bother you, but have you got any paraffin or kerosene?
assistant: well, this is the only stuff we stock. it's called Parasene.
me: ...

biggrin

I think i will be turning up tomorrow. I'm an aston student as well, but our juggling society is...well...non-existant tongue

See ya later and hope I can find my way there

Try and find a camping store, they usually do big five litre drums of the stuff for about £6, I've used their stuff for fire breathing and experienced no major trouble.
