Hi all...

Complete beginner here, poi are on their way and should be here in a few days!! I am going to be learning by DVD & book, but would love to find some knowledgeable people in the area. Anyone around? Or does anyone know of places/people that might offer lessons.

Well there's me and a couple other of my friends that have been doing poi for a decent amount of time. We're in Bethesda, Maryland soooooo yeah.

Hey, we're in RIchmond, Virginia...and have a nice little fire troupe going down here......drop a note if you are ever in the area.....or know of any D.C. events that would welcome visitors and other spinners!!!
