Hey everybody! What's up. Here's my little introduction, I guess. My name's Keith, I'm 18 and I live in Georgia. I'm a student (though thankfully it's summer) and I started spinning poi eh... a good couple months ago or so. I'd like to learn some staff but I've never gotten around to making one, and the only thing I can seem to manage with meteor is getting some wicked bruises... hah but it's fun anyways.

Other than poi, I play guitar a lot and love to record music. I'm really interested in all types of music (except country) and so, when I'm not spinning, I'm probably rockin out in one way or another.

So I guess that's about it for me, hope I'm not too boring for yall. biggrin

Oh, and if anyone knows how to pronounce Japanese words and could tell me how to say "kasei" I'd be terribly thankful. Later!

Oh I'll definitely get around to making a staff, I just can't right now because I'm on vacation in North Carolina.

Have to hang out with the grandparents, you know.

And apparently it's not good to walk into your friend's house and start spinning a curtain rod... hey, I thought it was a great idea, but she didn't seem to like it... and wouldn't let me take it home. So I'll have to make my own. ubblol

Hey FRD, why can't I feed Noddy? He seems like a perfectly nice guy to me... hah I'm sure yall have some good reason, though now I'm curious...

welcome to HoP kasei. Watch out, this place is addictive.

kasei would be pronounced something like: ka - seh - ee, or just pronounce the caps letters of the words: CAr SAy shE.

If your schedule permits, I would highly recommend attending [Old link] , a regional burn (Burning Man) in the NC mountains July 22-24. Loads of us fire people will be there from all over the east. There will be poi workshops, LOTS of fire, freaky people and general anarchy. ubbloco

Hey, thanks for the pronunciation tips, much appreciated. I'll definitely check my schedule because Transformus sounds pretty wicked, it'd be great if I could get up there and check it out. Maybe by then I can learn some new stuff and stop sucking so bad, hah, you never know.

Hey guys, thanks for all the welcomes.

As for pink... I think it's an awesome color. Quite cute on girls, though I can't say I'd ever wear it... it's too much of a trendy kind of thing.
