Some people say that "I do." is the shortest sentence you can make.

However, considering the context, it probably is the longest sentence too.

I'm weird. Just work through that and we'll all be fine.

i would have to disagree with socks about the shortest sentence... since commands are considered valid sentances even without subjects, i think

Go.

would be the shortest.

also the longest word i know is from finnegan's wake:

It is the name of a town in New Zealand.
the name means ""The brow of the hill where Tamatea, with the bony knees, who slid and climbed mountains, the great traveller, sat and played on the flute to his beloved."

i kidds ya not. I had to learn how to pronounce it in moari class.

TAJ "boat mummy." VALURA "yes sweetie you went on a boat, was daddy there with you?" TAJ "no, but monkey on boat" VALURA "well then sweetie, Daddy WAS there with you"

"go" is the shortest sentence, it doesnt need a verb or nethin cos its a direct command, so it doesnt need ne of the other stuff that classifies a sentence smile

its a minor sentence which technically doesnt classify it as a full on sentence sentence as a sentence needs both a subject and a predicate (basiclly a verb or sring of verbs)

triskadekaphobia (no i) is the fear of the number 13
the word i quoted is from a poem called finnegans wake... google it.
go. has an implied subject and as such is accepted as a full sentence by most definitions.
