I've been reading a book. It's called Spot. I've got up to "See Spot run. Run, Spot, run" so far.

Can't wait to see what happens next.

I think Spot actually gets captured by a Pets For Food vendor, is then garotted and thrown into the deep freeze.

Shortly after, a customer from the UK places and online order for Ready to Eat Spot, at which point the frozen dead dog is removed from the freezer and appropriately butchered, shrinkwrapped and couriered via UPS.

Generally I'd use Parcel Force. I don't trust UPS. They're american for a start.

Katinca sent me a parcel via rollerskating yak mail. It took nearly forever to arrive. But it had this necklace *points to neck* a sew-on patch, a postcard with their house and her office marked on it and a Cherry Ripe in it. So it was well worth the wait.

Meh

sleep is for the weak. and far overrated as far as I'm concerned.

now if only the little green men would stop dancing all over my monitor I could concentrate on what I'm doing. . .

try a cup of chamomile tea and like I said before to someone: read a book!!

If I have trouble sleeping, I have a variety of things to help me out from herbal tea, warm milk, breathing techniques, kava tablets, coedine tablets, antihistamines with drowsy factor, an orgasm, boring as bat shit books, a walk around the block, a video I have seen a million times, warm shower etc....

I go through phases of very poor sleep, but it's okay at the moment

Oh Cass, no!!

Don't you know that bed is the best place in the world to be?

For most people (well, me anyway) bed is a sanctuary, a place where nothing can touch you, a place where you can forget everything for a few hours and feel strangely better afterwards!!

whats up with all the limitations?

I love being in bed.

Sleep is NOT overrated...most people simply don't know how to enjoy the non-waking hours, thats all.

When I take naps, my cats curl up with me and its just...nice.

Life is all about naps, snuggling and other things that don't come to mind at the moment.

hey guys, made it in the end

got some sleepy poems for ya...

Pause.

Just before I go to bed
I pause a while to fill my head
and empty it upon a page,
At my age, talk is cheap
but sleep is dear,
but sleep is near
but sleep is fear.
And still the lightbulb burns
As I take turns alone, awake
for heaves sake we fill our hours
with super powers and titanium claw.
Think more, and sleep less,
pebbled shores are best
for waves that wash
in loseing lost
my leaving.

Rest.

Here I am and will ever be as there is no rest from life, this is no holiday from concious thought, no pause in our witness to the glory of gods creation.

Exept
In
Sleep.
Where we may sigh and pull the covers closer.

well, that will do for now.

Shhh, you're not supposed to mention it

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
