hello out there *waves frantically*
im new to the site and im new to poi in general (thanks Pigeon_wigeon for introducing me to it
ive found something else to take up the time between sleeps )ok so after long and careful deliberation of other peoples intro's heres mine (well ok it was about 4 but nm)
so here goes alitmetle thats it - for those of you who dont get dingbats heres a slightly longer version of a little about me:
name Sam
location : surrey UK, tho hopefully september going to uni at UCL or Warwick to do physics
age: 17 though i turn 18 in 2 weeks and 23 minutes :P ie the 26th march
interests : poi obviously, i love anime and japanese culture in general, old cartoons from the 80's and quite a few from the present. i love going out with mates - though i do tend to drink too much. um... lots of other stuff but ill spread it into different sections to make me look more interesting
books: mainly fantasy and sci fi but i also love to read physics and science based stuff. oh and anything by terry pratchett
music: almost anything except CandW and a lot of rap and hip hop style stuff i find annoying i love rock
films: ill watch most anything but i love comedies and action cant stand rom-com (actually i cant stand anything where for some un known reason theyve shortened comedy to com including tradgy com teen com and com com :P) - favourite films have to be shaun of the dead, LOTR amd anything by monty python
TV comedies again but the more scetch based stuff, dramas and serials and such :P fav TV programs is probably the simpsons
when im not doing any of the above: im either sleeping, eating, drinking coffe or spending time w/ my gf nilla
i love you nilla ok well now you have a fairly meaningless list of stuff about me i hope to get to know more of you properly

bene doing lots of celebrating and sorting out of things neglected due to exams etc
in fact now shattered so spending a night at home relaxing - should see you at play - its my high point of the summer as the rest of it im working
ill make sure i pass on the hugs to kate
have some back for you and karen as for the DVD i have no idea - talk to tommy kate keeps asking after it as well (she missed the show because she was doing vetty things in some far flung bit of england

Don't talk to Tommy! I gave the tapes to Jemma so they could be sent of to Paddy's friend in Manchester for professional editing and jazz.
I do have a backup copy of the tapes which I can burn onto a CD (the quality, surprisingly, is not too bad) or send through a filesharing website, but I'd wait for the real deal
Give Jem a poke and ask her what's happening. I'm as curious to know as you are

was loverly seeing you again mr, and george says hi too, he is lovely and is going to find a nice happy place in my bathroom so he has lots of other frogs to talk to too.
Morgan says thank you for leaving the samurai jack for them to play with he is yet to take him out of his box though but apparently he has dino's to fight
