Mckinney isn't that far. Me and some friends went up there to hit up a parking lot (to practice wheelies) yesterday. Gig? Does that mean you are gonna put on a show, or is it like a poi hangout? Sorry I'm not really big into the poi scene. Been doin it on my own for almost 2 years, so I don't know a whole lot of poiers/stringers/spinners...whatever. Let me know cuz I'm definately wanting to learn some new moves.

no its a show....in denton...a big show....like around 800$- ish (hopefully) for 2 hours...then afterparties should be scheduled... but yeah im spinnin this friday so PM me and ill send you directions..

Yo I am from the northeast part of tarrant county mid cities area but rigth now I am living in granbury.
If you like metal music there is a battle of the bands on march 2nd at division one in arlington.
There are no obstacles only challenges.

look in Yahho group for Spinning Times, they are a DFW spinning group that have alot of get togathers for spinning.

hahahaha i used to know trent.......and theres alot of chicks that work at afterlife...which be you??l ast time i was there was after the New years eve roller disco thing........we came over to afterlife w\mary (snowhite)....

Um there are really only 2 chicks that actually work there all the time dude... the water bar girl(syd) and me. not including the djs of course. I work on the promotions street team... so dude if anyone is telling you different they lie! But from you not being out there since news years you're not the same Irish.... that means that someone else has your name dude!
anyways dude I would like to meet you sometime so come out to Afterlife sometimes our next big party is the 7th of may!
think about it cause we have changed alot of things around and we are louder and brighter! but keep that on DL. I think mary is spinning that night if I remember right?!? do you know how she is doing???

By the way Texas fire dancers I am going to be helpng in throw in a party and we will be needing preformers um I don't know if the pay is going to be all that good but it wouldn't be for that long and it would be a great help so email me of message me if you are interested....... If this party takes off we will be doing more of them and be paying more and more... so please think about it.

Oh Hazah I have found you all. It is son nice to see other spiners in the DFW area that I have not tought. I have been spinning for five years now with a two year absence. Now I find myself "geting back to the basics." I have joined a traditional Hula troup out of South Lake. We will be performing at May-Fest on Sunday. If any of you can make it out there hang around the stage 5:00-7:00 pm. I will be performing to traditional Tahicien Drums (recorded unfortunatly).
I live in the Kellar area and am looking for others to gather and spinn, breath, eat, and generally have fun. Be safe in all your travels and shows.

planet of the drums is sat may 7th....def. wont make it for a sunday event and its been my experience that when people do blows in groups...it becomes a VERY haphazard situation

Spinning Time is up in Denton, but I think it's about to move out near Cisco, or is it Abeline? Anyway...I make the drive up that way with Mand every now and again to get to one of the Spinning Time gatherings. Some of those folks are quality people, and good friends of mine.

There is a New Fantasy / Renessance Festifull Starting up this Year. It is called Ravens Loft, Celtic Fyre will be there and I have Promised to at least spin in one song with them. The dates for the Fair is the 20-21 and 27-28 of August. The fair is located close to the Red river.

of late ive been doing alot of travelling...right now im in phoenix AZ so yeas.....amanda where in the frisco area you be?? and you do know that there is a fire ban in collin county right??? if arrested you could face some hefty fines so just be careful and get things cleared w\the county fire martial...

Oh yea, We have spoken with the fire Marshel and gotten his permission. He said that he is going to have a onduty truck either on call for us or at the sight. He aslo made mention that the rest of the Fire Fighters might be there to watch as well.
The fair is located in Emory Texas, 75440.
As for the exact address I could not tell you. I Have yet to be to the actual fair site.
All I know for certain is that it is going to be a warm night to spin fire.
