a little closer to you, not knowing what to do, and i'm feeling all my fingers and thumbs, i spill my tea.

am i too old? is it too late?
a quiver in my lip as if i might cry, what a cold and rainy day, where on earth is the sun hid away?

a taste of honey is worse than none at all.
can't even smell summer yet.

come up and see the world, it's like a ship going down, it's running aground, it's all over. but those flying fishes are gonna jump up

convenience is no substitute for love.
don't believe them when they promise you the world - it's not theirs to give.

dreams are just clouds but sometimes clouds form recognisable shapes.

guess what? summer has arrived and i feel like the world is on my side.

i don't care for boys or girls, i'd rather hang round with the birds, humans only wreck the world.
i'm at the stage where everything i thought meant something seems so unappealing, i'm ready for the real thing.
i'm living but i'm fealing numb, can see it in my stare. i wear a mask so falsely now and i don't know who i am.
i'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. somebody sing me a happy song.
in a while will the smile on my face turn to plaster? stick around while the clown who is sick does the trick of disaster.
i think i'll find a pair of eyes to fall in to, and maybe strike a deal, your body for my soul, fair swap?
it would be better for me if you don't understand.
it's only two human beings - it's only two humans being.
it's the edge of the world as we know it and i feel fine.
i've a strong urge to fly but i've nowhere to fly to.
i vow that it's goodbye to the old ways, those stories were a good read, they were dumb as well, i could never be seen falling down
on my knees crawling.
i wish life was a cartoon strip so i can draw the plot, but it's not.

living on dreams and custard creams.
love is a privalege, earn it.
maturity is just a stoic response to endless reality.
my duty was always to beauty and that was my crime.
north easterly wind blowing the empty crisp packet of memories into the cold puddles of love and regret.
outside the rain fell dark and slow while i pondered on this dangerous but irresistable pastime, i took a heavenly ride through our
silence.

to be religious is to know that the facts of the world are not the end of the matter.

watching all the ground beneath you drop you'd kill yourself for recognition, kill yourself to never ever stop.
we keep passing through like moments of other peoples lives.
we need all that we are taught to need.
we think about death like our lives depend on it.
when you believe in things you don't understand, then you suffer.
working straight through the night? been there, done that.
you can give me some advice, you can say your piece, but until you've found paradise i'm gonna stay under these sheets.
you can kill my body. you can damn my soul for not believing in your god and some world down below.
you have more control over your destiny than you ever thought.
