Seriuosly tho, Rob is an awesome teacher, he just has the nack, Ben has it to, of explaining things really simply and effectively so your brain can figure it out before your hands even start to try. If anyone has the chance you'd be a fool to miss it even if you're already a good spinner

Well I only woke up at 11, and it would have taken ben and co about 4 hours to get out of bed, showered, breakfasted and dressed.
Cosidering I came home at four on sunday, and they had only just got up.
