nice question safe... biggrin

i'm pretty much unemployed right now, with intermittent (sp?) doses of market reseaching thrown in to supplement the dodgy pay centrelink occasionally gives me!! ubblol

my dream job however, would involve working with young people. i wouldn't mind being a youth development officer one day...or just something where i can help young people!! even helping to change the image of young people presented by the mainstream media would be nice!! biggrin

do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and good to eat!

Nice job Vanize. I wanted to be an astronaut until I was about 12 and realised you had to be very good at physics.

Currently sub-editing for a daily newspaper in Belfast - which is paying to get me out of this place.

i have the best job ever! i deliver sustenance to those that need it most. well, not most, but they need it more than, say, mr cleosote.

Ok, i deliver pizzas to stoners. there, you happy?

My dream job... i really dont know. unti recently, it used to be a pilot, but i dont know that i'd want to fly for a living. i think it would take away the fun aspect. same reason i dont want to be a beta games tester or reviewer or something. Something working with people, in depth, would be cool. or even better, getting paid 30 grand an hour to sit in the bahamas and have seminaked women feed me grapes smile

all great responses !!! i see grasshoppah holds high hopes ubblol and pele sounds like she got it made wink

thanks -v- for the support , and yes teejay blue i would be incharge of all of that as well as helping out ! i have basically been an adventure summer camp counselor for the past 3 years , so ive been payed to be a kid!!! biggrin however MiG says it right , when he says that you should want to talk all the fun out of doing something , by making it redundent! i figured id be a climbing manager for about 3 - 5 years while i study . and then just keep climbing the ladder or traversing along from job to job, that has similarities !

thanks for the replys smile good to hear from others out there smile smile smile

{Safe}, if you're a climber (which it certainly sounds like you are), then it sounds like the perfect job.
Every climbing gym I've been to has staff that genuinly seem happy and as though they're having a good time.
Best of luck with it- I'm sure you'll enjoy it. hug

My current job- well I'm not exactly working at the moment, but I'm usually a white water canoe/ kayak coach, and general all round outdoor activity instructor.

My dream job is what Spitfire and I have plans to do once we've moved to Canada-to own an outdoor activity centre.

Lets steal a spaceship and head for the sun, and shoot the stars with a lemonade ray gun.

In year 9 I designed an ad for my perfect job. It was the media advisor to the secretray general of the UN. That still sounds like a pretty good job to me, but I think I'd skip the media bit and I'd rather be a diplomat.

i would have changed ***** to phallus, and claire to petey Petey

As for me - im a mum of one 5 year old boy, fine artist, and im getting into web design. Not getting any cash for any of it, but its all good fun.
