hello everyone i am a very new newbie as ive only been spinning a couple of weeks. ive wanted to learn how to spin for about 2 to 3 years but never knew anyone who could teach me to spin. that was until i moved out of norfolk and to wiltshire to do a degree at this totally boring army base.
i met this young lady that you all know as vixen through a friend of mine ive made since ive moved here and she has been teaching me ever since. i must admit im not that good but have picked up some of the basics!
i just need to learn how to combine tricks and play around.
i have just got myself some fire poi on order as i am looking forward to spinning with fire.
well if anyone wants to chat please do as i always need to find ways of getting through the day at this place.

I love Rimmer Salutes... Do you think you could change the official salute of the British Army to being a Rimmer salute?

Hey news just in
i have just sorted out how to do the reverse 5 beat weave after a painful learning session this morning! i took me an hour or so but i can do it!
how cool is that!
Pink: i will have to make you a special pink salute just for you!

it was a sailing accident, as the boat went over i was flipped out and landed in the water with my knees over the mast, body went under water legs did not. they torn all the ligaments in one knee and 2 in the other as they bent the wrong way round! its been 3 year since and im only now getting better with my fitness, as i just had a fitness test on wednesday morning.
i have a plan for the pink salute... i will have to show you a few ideas and you can pick the best!
hey just to update i can just do behind the back weave this morning after hitting myself over and over.
its a bit ruff still but hey i can do it!!!!!

it's just a pain as i have such a busy life, vixen keeps telling me off all the time for going to the gym and doing sports. i can see where she is coming from!!!

hey guy i got my self some socks, there got black skull and cross bones up the side of them and there all white !!!
wicked fun too, i just need to learn to keep hold of them and stop letting go!!!

ive put loops in them that i can make it any size! plus i streched yours at my house but i havent done mine yet

Black and Whit esocks are still my favourite I reckon.
I saw a picture the other day of someone wearing a black and white stripey costume, and had black and white stripey poi to play with.

well you should of thought about that before we lit them last night ,but then my fire poi are the right size for me so its not my fault!

How good is your shower - that is the deciding factor on if i stay or not!

every hour i do on my upper body i do an hour on my lower body too! to keep my fitness level the same, anyhows im getting fitter now, as you know ive lost a lot of fat off my body so it must be working!
by the summer i will have my body look sorted for the beach and spinning nude hey vix?
mind you it's already been done!

i keep getting told off by vix for hitting my tv when i try out fishtales and some other stuff but when shes not round my house she doesn't know! (well she will now once she has read this thread again!)

viiiiiiiiix its now saturday afternoon here which means its saturday am there which means u didnt send the pictures!!!!! as a result my dvd of my trip wont arrive before xmas even with registered mail sooooooooo everyone thats expecting a dvds gonna be blaming u
