I'm from Saskatchewan, which is in Canada. I'm 20 and a university student taking social work at the Univeristy of Regina.
Started with poi 2 years ago in New Zealand when i was travelling there. Didn't do much with it, fooled around a bit. I have a pair of blacklite comet tail poi, and a pair of rainbow nite poi. I got a pair of fire poi for my birthday in july so i started practicing lots. Havn't lit them up yet....I think i am almost ready

what more can i tell you???...other then poi, i also do yoga, and belly dancing, I plan to learn to liquid this winter as well as take a capowara (sic) class if i can find it. I'd also like to learn salsa or other latin style dancing, and am currently learning spanish. I lived in New Zealand for a while and plan to move back there once i am done school. I guess once i am passable with poi i'd like to learn staff.
what else do you want to know Puk?

well- good luck in your poi adventure- I hope you gain as much enjoyment & enlightenment as i did when i began my journey into poi. ( hey- try staff-you might find you like that to!)

Puk can't actually read. He just copies words from a sheet next his pc when he writes on this site.
That was one of the blue questions he wrote earlier.
Luckily he didn't select one from the magenta list - they're all aimed at those with some of the more special interests.....
