Seems like I haven't lost all of my high school & college german. I guess that's good to know since I'll be there in a month! Of course, I could always write it and speak it better than I could understand what real germans were saying (my teacher in high school was english, so understanding her accent was not a problem - my grandmother on the other hand...). old hand

and I could write and read much better than speak and understand spoken English but it gets better

The same here: I wanna see as many people and cities / places of the world as possible.
Ireland is great.... Especially Cork is so different German cities: all laid-back and friendly! I could stay here forever.... and my job is great!!

Ooo... babajaga used to have a kombi! I think it was her equivelant of Baba Yaga's walking hut.
Now she is looking to buy another one this winter so she can have it fixed up buy spring.
