Hello

wavehello

hmmmmmm what to write about me as an intro.....damn its make or break time. First impressions are so vital. Oooooo the pressure.

I'm living in South Wales but originate from Essex (No I don't own White stillettos and No I'm not an Essex girl!). I don't bite, I do pinch, I love chocolate and I one day plan on learning lots of stuff I can't do yet.

Hobbies:- include juggling, balls juggleand clubs , Diablo, poi, doodling, music, hating housework (dust is natures way of showing what the burglars have stolen), making things, pulling things to bits (mainly to see how they work) , embarrassing my nieces and nephews (great fun hobbie that all aunties should take up), hugging trees and talking to bees (watch out for the squirrels......they ARE out to get you!)

Ambitions:- Never to grow up. Learn how to burn things safely ubbangel To that ends learning how to poi without stunning myself, blacking my eye or turning myself into a human torch. Learn to play more than one tune on the guitar. Rule the World. Learn to Surf. Conquer my fear of heights. Travel the world in a van with a man named Bob ("why Bob?" you ask...well why not Bob? I'm sure there are loads of nice men called Bob out there! Simons and Johns need not apply).

Boring stuff:- work in sales to pay the bills.

Hi LMSP, you were indeed a little drunk at Play, but nothing too bad. You kept falling asleep in various places, usually with your head on Lois ubblol I hope to be at Southern Lights next year. I've even asked about being allowed to trade. Yep I know I'm a bit early, but I need to plan out next summer early on so I get everything organised biggrin
hug

George, the bit of the UK that I live in is all sunny and bright, which is nice. It raises the spirits and makes me feel a bit more like crawling out from in front of this computer screen and going wiggling... something I don't really get much time for now I'm trying to sort out the site.

Oh the joys of having a rubbish host for our site.... grrrrrr! I wish they would just give in and give us our eep code so we could move the site, with it's domain name.

Hey pretty lady
I got a peek at your new site the other day, and it looks awesome. Good luck with it!
I need to get out to one of the parks with my hoop, and wiggle in the sunshine. I've been so busy lately that any hooping has just been done in a spare 10mins in my living room.

Please pass on some hug to that beautiful boy of yours.

Lets steal a spaceship and head for the sun, and shoot the stars with a lemonade ray gun.

Gidg, I know exactly what you mean. Pfffft Men! You love 'em, but sometimes you could quite cheerfully strangle them! ubblol

Mand once Jon gets back from London I'll pass on your hugs. I'm glad you like the site. Jon, Mech, Fraiser and I have all worked hard to get it up and running and it's finally starting to bring in some orders. Hopefully enough will come in within the next 2 weeks so Jon and I can afford to go to the Bristol Juggling Convention. If not I will be a bit frown because I really want to go. Ah well, we can't have everything we want.

Hooping is indeed a fabulous thing to do, especially out in the sunshine. Somehow a circle of tubing can make so many people smile. It's amazing. Get your butt out into a park and spread the love of the wiggle lady! hug

Yeah yeah, when it stops raining. It's feeling mightily like britain over here right now! I have a bad feeling that summers come to an end. frown

I hope you get to go to the BJC. That'd be awesome.

There's a small chance that sometime in the future I might come and pick your brains on how you developed your website. I don't know if I'll have time to do it with all the crazy stuff that's going on in my life right now, but I'd love to have somewhere to sell the masks I make.

Jon is the one to pick the brains of along with Mech and Fraiser. I do all the pretty bit's like pictures, banners and make the stock whilst they set up all the computer bits and gubbins that I don't understand.

God it's great living with a geek ubblol

What kind of masks are they?

I'm thinking of setting up a clothing/costume section to the shop on our site.... when I have the time to make/source any that is. They would mainly be clubbing, dance clothes with a few exercise outfits thrown in for good measure. I think I need to go on a pattern cutting course first though so that I can make patterns from the clothing ideas I have in my head.

I think Gidg should set up a site to so she can sell all the beautiful things she makes. I'm sure lots of people would like to buy her beaded bags! They are stunning.

Once I find out where the heck my camera's disappeared to I'll post photos.
Basically they're molded and painted leather costume masks.

It's a good change from sewing and general costume making. I've been doing way too much of that. Mixed with all the flags I seem to be making lately, I'm getting so sick of the sight of my sewing machine!

Nice to meet you too. My sister is indeed ace biggrin

As far as I know Garthy does still have everything intact. He didn't get too close to my niece so we didn't have to injure him ubblol Who knows who he's got too close to in the intervening weeks though..... he's still my number 2 Biatch.

Yeah the whole thing was airbrushed, with tape covering the yellow on the eyes from the other coats.
I tried painting them with brushes at first, but the brush strokes were way too visible on the leather.
