hi there,

hey, is there anyone on HOP who is currently or shortly will be living in holland? just moved back home and i havent found the spinning community yet confused

spinning on my own is fun, but, ya know, i gotsta find some, umm, colleagues (?).. identify yourselves! im lonely ubbcrying

Yeah, I can, I think. I think I have some other name for places, but hey.
Do you know Picasso build a statue in the Vondelpark? That''s the one. If you don''t know, it''s a big, ugly, flat, gray, standing, thing that doesn''t represent anything, there are many lines painted (or something) on it, whick on they turn don't represent anythinh either. it is standing at a very unluckly chosen place. A big grassfield which is perfect for spinning, picknicking, bbq, and being romanticly (the last does reqiers full moon, sort of)

yeah!
we've got a big park here...
with ahuge field in the middle..
but its abit far to walk fromthestation... frown

I 've beenthinkin abouta meetinden bosch, but can'tthink fany good loctions to spin with lots of peeps... frown

the place where we 'practise' is only bigenough for 4/5 peepz spinning at the same time...
and I dont think it's wise to go and spin on the 'markt' :P
we could go to apark behind thestation, ithas a kinda-big piece of asphalt where we could spin...
butdon't know ny locations close to the station overhere where it would be real nice to spin...

About a meet in Den Bosch: would the Bossche Broek be possible? Lots of open space, some lakes and only a 15/20 minute walk from the station.

we could go to the bossche broek, but it'sstill a pretty long trip (to walk, cause nothin's a real long walk around here... wink

)

but it is a nice place to spin...
AND its veryveryveryverydark over there... maybe I should even add another very... so firewould be beautiful overthere...
heck, maybe it's even a placefor the RBM... though it's reallya 'natuurgebied', but if we don't ptthe music too hard, it might e doable.... (though it won't be my responsability... wink

:P)

I suppose everyone is very exited bout the idea to have a meet in Nijmegen or Den Bosch.
And I think it would be okauy and all, but I won''t come; simply because I don't have a car, neiter an OV, so I'll have to travel by train, and it's gonna cast me a fortune, just for one night. wave

Nijmegen or Den Bosch sounds cool, so if it is this month (since I will have to turn in my OV soon) and not in the weekend I'm quite willing to come!

Tonight I can't make it though, I have already an other appointment in my agenda...

It was very nice to see you guys in Vondel park,I stayed short time,but I enjoyed.The true is that I practised today a bit and yestrday...Thanks to Baan who showed me some tricks...
