HI all, I am a compleate newbie to the POI sceene, so please be gentle with me

The main reason I want to get into POI is to helpme get back into shape, I realy admire the skill behind the people who use fires POI toys.

if yuo wanna get fit the go heavy, real heavy...but obviously that hurts when you (and you will) hit yourself really hard!!!

hiya welcome to HOP 
if your going for the heavy stuff be sure to warm up first by doing stretches and stuff. no-body likes stiff arms.
i bruise like a peach - so i stick to light stuff

Before I start on the heavy stuff, I am going to HAVE to start on the light toys as I am a compleate newbi to this stuff, Still decideng on which toys would be best to start me off on
