California - Pismo Fire Drums Apr 16, 17, 18

Hey, I thought Sky posted something on HOP already about this, but I can't find the thread, so I'm going to start a new one. I've been hearing a lot of excitement from a lot of different people who are commited to going -- expect to see a big turn out and lots of different spinners of different styles and abilities there!

• Fire arts performers, drummers, and friends,
There will be a weekend gathering at Pismo Beach (central California) April 16, 17, 18. We have been spreading the word about this gathering for several months
and
there is a lot of interest.

This is not a Burning Man sponsored event, it's a time for us to get together for a few dayz of fire arts, drumming, dancing and meeting
friends
from the playa and making new ones.

to
worry about getting emails if you don't want.
You can simply log on when you want and read or post to the site at your
choosing)

Pismo Beach / Oceano Dunes is located just below San Luis Obispo. The beach is accessible by car and camping is permitted. The beach is 8 miles long with lots of room to set up our own camp. There are chemical porta potties and 'vault' toilets placed at one mile intervals along the beach. Base camp will be very close to one of these facilities.

It's an informal weekend and open to whatever we choose to make it.
