Hi my name is Flame ,
I love this website and come here as often,as i can get to a computer.
For two years i have played with poi and staff and for 6mhs i have been learning contact juggling. I do juggling astrojax and am currently putting some flags together. And desperatly been trying to leanr hoop but its just not happening. I do fire and glowsticks and have loved spinning since the day i knew how.
So thats me drop me a line if you find the time

My experience in Fiji has been less than enjoyable. Thankfully, I fly out tomorrow.
If I ever return, I will bypass Nadi City altogether. Go straight to one of the islands. But then, why do that when there are plenty of other resorts owned by Americans, that are cheaper to get to.
Still can't believe you spent so much time at the Hindu temple here in Nadi.
At least they were honest when I asked why they were charging me to enter when they said its because I'm white. Nice being able to tell someone to go 
themselves in their own language.Cheers!

Adya - i cannot lay claim to petes balloon skills it was his own study and a bit of help from Paul and Tim, i just lent him a book - but know that u mention it i might just have to get some piccys of my balloon efforts

mm.. I was beginning to get intrigued by the idea of this balloon fun. but alas. assignments to do. maybe one day.
how's the tin whistle coming along? I bought one the other day, quite fun. although can't quite play a whole scale which is irritating..

They have a very beautiful sound i think!!

yeah, i like making up stuff that has an irish feel to it.
well when playing it, it felt like there was a note missing, like you should be able to go one note higher.. it seemed to be pitched properly.. though I'm just going by ear. perhaps i'll grab a tuner and see one day

haha no, my brother has a tuner - i thought i'd check if they are actually true tones, like i got a C whistle, then as you go up the scale, the tone should be even as you go up each note. otherwise, my pitch is off
there's no way to change the tone on the whistle, you can only change it [get sharp or flat] by the way you hold your mouth.
gah you can see my sax theory coming out right here can't you

my boyfriend has a tuner, and everytime he says something like "have you seen my tuner?" i think he's asking about tuna

Im pretty sure its a C whistle - cant wait to get through the first book - so can go get an irish aires book next
i love the sax - lots of lung power - i dont think i'd be able to even hold a tune on my clarinet anymore

yep i have a C whistle too. you have a book? does it actually say whether each tone is a particular note or are they just hole numbers?.. i just make it up as i go
mm sax is fantastic! I've just bought another.. ohh its exciting, hopefully i'll get it in a week or so, coz its a real special one
hehe no exams for me, miss Flame, just nasty assignments..
